Clean, room really nice breakfast and a good location

The locations was great.

The hotel was mostly clean with a helpful front desk. The area around the pool is beautiful. The dinner dining/bar area is nicely appointed, but the large screen TVs compromises the idea of fine dining. The separate breakfast area is bright and airy and provides a nice buffet. Both eating areas are staffed with friendly and helpful waiters. All that said, the hotel is not the old Crown Plaza of yore, which was cleaner, more richly staffed, and had a generally brighter feel. The hotel now shows signs of being run down and not adequately cared for.

Room/bed/pillows were very comfortable. The pool itself is too small for swimming lengths, but the pool area is really pleasant. The area has lots of restaurant options and shopping. Staff at the hotel is nice, breakfast is very good but other restaurant is just so-so.

Disappointing experience due to the night general manager's rude and unprofessional behavior. He treated staff poorly and was disrespectful to guests. Not someone who should be in hospitality.

Everybody was very nice, however you need to keep an eye on the waiter at the restaurant in the night shift.

Just should be eliminated the carpet

Excelente todo, solo dejo como observación que dejen la salida por lo menos hasta las 13:00 y dejen el servicio de agua de ese día de resto hay habilidad y muy lindo el hotel Saludos de cólombia

Everything about the property was beautiful! The pool is very nice and the trees was a scenes out of a movie

When I entered the room, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Maybe it's because the building was built a long time ago. The breakfast buffet was nice because the people working there were friendly. The swimming pool is also pretty. There was a red mark on the bed sheet. Looks little dirty.

Very clean the only thing they didn’t have a refrigerator

The air conditioning was working well. At night it was betweeen 25 to 27 Celsius. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that it was good.

Service at Front desk was not the best, at check-in and then at checkout, tv remote wasn't working, last day they left us without towels

There is two buildings, the old and the new one. I stayed in the old one, it is fine. Close to the pool area which is nice.
