The surrounding area is nice. I have stayed in this location many times over the years. It simply needs some renovations. The lobby is fine. The rooms just seem out of date and old.

Wonderful experience. The staff were very professional and pleasant. Great breakfast buffet. Fairfax Marriott is my favorite hotel by far.

For the price and name, I was expecting better room conditions. The hotel rooms show a lot of wear and tear and could use a renovation.

The bathroom need to be udated. The shower had an issue that needed to be fixed at 9:30 PM. The coffee machine was broken. There is no microwave. I now you can do better, Marriott!

Excellent in all aspects. From front desk, to the restaurant staff, they make you feel like you're home!

Nice property with expensive atrium.

Check in staff were delight. There was only one pod of coffee in the room for 2 people and only 2 small bottles of water; The bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom door. The molding had paint chips.

The room was too hot and adjusting the temperature did nothing. Also, it was too noisy, both in the room and in the atrium. The heat and noise resulted in no sleep.
