Great staff

The rate was astronomical considering the amenities. Property is under construction and we had to change rooms twice. First because the toilet was faulty and then the first backup room was covered in dust and wet towels on the bathroom floor. The staff on site was beyond courteous and responsive to our needs. The rates absolutely gouge customers because their kids play sports nearby, This is nowhere near a $289/night value. Hotels.com rates similar properties in the $115-$155/night range.

Great hotel spotlessly clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great plenty of everything. Rooms were clean with plenty of toiletries. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Would recommend and stay again

Me and my kids love this place! It was comfy, great location and amazing breakfast!

Perfect and affordable

There was a large group of families with young boys also staying at the hotel and unfortunately we got put into their block of rooms. These boys were running wild through the hotel hallways all hours of the night causing a racket. Our room was also right next to the elevators and ice machine, so we barely slept due to the noise. I probably won’t ever stay in a Holiday Inn Express again.

Everything was clean and orderly. Room was refreshed daily. The continental breakfast was nice with hit and cold choices. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Staff was wonderful. They served a hot breakfast and this hotel is conveniently located. Elevators and LVP flooring could use an update.

Hotel seemed like it was sold out. Hear very little noise.
