Very clean and nice

The expresso martini’s were delicious . Rate for room was good.

Check in was busy, could have been better with additional people to help. Room cleanliness was good. Good for a family stay

Great Stay

We like to stay here while we are in Chico for work because it is convenient and it fits within our budget.

the room heating system constatntly reset to a NON OCCUPANCY setting. We had to get up several times in the night to put the heat back on. The desk did respond with a service call, but was unable to correct the problem. We were not compensated or moved. Just found it a bit cold on all fronts. Breakfast was fine, room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Property is always nice and clean. Staff are always helpful and polite.

Convenient and pricing.

Good location close to HWY 99 Most rooms have been redone, but I always seem to find issues. Everything from toilets that run continuously to chips on the bathroom counters that could cut u and loose shower towel bars. Lounge food is mediocre don't order the pizza. Beer selection is good with local IPA's. I would probably give this hotel a 6/10 and Ive slept in a lot of hotels as a travel nurse. I like it because of the location.

Absolutely perfect!!

It was hard to talk to someone to order in. Once I finally got it was okay. In a box with plastic utensils. For breakfast I couldn’t get anything to order as it was 10 am. No one gave me that information and no menu. I liked the property but you need to work on customer service

Great - would return next trip to Chico.

Clean, up to date, and in good condition.

Had a nice stay. Only downfall is no one told us the breakfast wasnt included so when we got a bill at the end breakfast we were shocked. Especially since we just grabbed a couple small things but were charged for a buffet.

We stay here every time we visit our son. It's in a perfect location, great rooms, amenities and food

Everything was great but the shower head dripped on the drain pan all night.....a minor thing and an easy fix.

Warm welcome from staff and very clean. Limited restaurant menu. Television and hallway light had issues. Parking is outdoors.

Very comfortable with a Starbucks for your coffee in the morning.
