Nice hotel in a great location.

Stay here every birthday and I never regret it! I love it

I had booked an upgraded room and was told it wasn’t available when I arrived , the room I got was not what I wanted, it only had one chair in the room, I needed 2 to property sit at the extra small table to try and eat our meals

Property is across the street from Santa Monica Pier and short walking distance to shopping. Staff was very friendly and room was clean. Overall great vibe.

Excellent hotel, it is a 1min walk to the pier. The restaurant had great food and service. You can use the hotel surfboards and body boards free of charge. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly especially Clay who is also a surf instructor! One of the best surf lessons I’ve ever had. The room was spacious and the views of the ocean were breathtaking. Overall I highly recommend staying here.

The refurbishment of this property has made a huge difference transforming it into a sleek stylish establishment.

Great Boutique hotel close to the Pier, Third Street Promenade, the beach, and great dining options. Front Desk were very helpful & super friendly. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was very convenient and perfect for our stay! We were able to explore Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach easily due to the location and our room was clean and suited our needs for the time we spent there! The only thing we didn’t love was that the water for the shower was luke warm (almost cold), but that didn’t deter from our overall experience!

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. The restaurant was very good. All staff was very nice. My room was clean and I loved the surf vibe. I was on the side next to the road and the windows kept it very quiet. The location is literally right next to the pier and ocean. Awesome place. Bonus points for carry high quality spring water and Poppi soda!

Great location.

The location is great as we really didn’t need to drive anywhere that we planned to do such as the restaurants, pier and its activities, and the beach. We stayed 2 nights and we loved it. I do advise to call directly to make sure you get any specific rooms as I requested mine to be connected bc we had kids a month in advanced on the request portion of the booking online and when we got there they set us in 2 different rooms that were not together at all. That was frustrating then we had to make sure to be there in the morning to move all our stuff the next day just for one night.

Perfect place to stay for a short break. Within walking distance of the pier, the beach, shopping, bars and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

It's a great hotel at a great location. I have stayed a number of times and each time something happened - people fighting outside the hotel, a woman screaming and last time a man got arrested right outside the restaurant.
