The girl in the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Great place to stay+lcation. Got unlucky, two dogs barked For several hours next door. People left their dogs alone(not allowed by hotel)!! Had to leave water on for 5 min to get it hot; hand held device did not work. Hotel gave us a free breakfast:):) Great place other wise

Room was pretty beat up and dated. The first night, my pillow smelled, unsure if they had changed the sheets. Sheets were changed on the second day though.

Great place to stay! Pool area was really nice! Food and drinks were yummy and everyone was super nice!

I was under attack, do to my job, but still managed to get all of my loved ones to safety.

Location was nice and quiet even being next to a busy freeway. Concierge was very friendly. Room was clean.Back door was locked into a position that left a gap and allowed cold air in the room. Hot water took 10 minutes to heat up and the hand wand would not slide on the rail for use by a disable guest. Only one outlet was useable for multiple cell phones and to charge a portable oxygen generator battery and a constant flow oxygen generator.

The first room had its door propped open and the lights turned out, as if somebody intended to return. I refused the room. Bella at the front desk was very helpful. The replacement room was tired and odd - the chair could not be used to watch the tv as it was stationed on the same wall as the TV. The room was very dated. The second replacement room was poor. There was no thermostat so I had to keep getting out of bed to turn the heat up or down. I finally decided to go with no heat and froze. Also - the microwave was broken - the turn table would not go around and it BURNT a coffee cup brown. If it had been in the microwave a moment longer it would have been on fire. Pretty scary considering this was a disabled person rooom. The room was tired and dated but at least it was not in the tower as this hotel has a problem with working ladies doing their business there :( In the morning the front desk was kind, but I was only offered some additional Marroitt Points. Very disappointing stay! The hotel is in a good area but it needs much TLC! For the same price I could have stayed in Tiburon at a much nice hotel :(

The place was clean and our beds were made and towels replaced which I loved. I will definitely will be back

Some construction around hotel but when done it will be 5 star

Breakfast was good but I only had it once at $24. Fine if you need to eat ridiculous amounts of food. Free coffee wasn’t very good. Too weak
