The pool was nice and the hotel was close to the airport. Also, the food was delicious

A young lady with glasses checked me in. She was above and beyond helpful. When I lost my eyeglasses in the room after checkout, she found them and saved them for me to pick up the next day! Outstanding work!

I don’t typically give bad reviews but this hotel was an exception. The room we were in smelled like mildew, really strong. The ac unit started leaking on the floor all over my suitcase overnight. The room was not very clean and the bathroom floors had water coming through them from the rain I’m guessing. For the price, I would not book this hotel if I were you. 1/10.

It was a good hotel, clean rooms with cold A/C. Hotel bar was a plus as well and within walking distance to chain restaurants

The desk staff were nice enough but not very helpful. The staff in the restaurant were NOT on their game. We waited a very long time and there were on 3 other tables of people. And my tea glass was never refilled. The only breakfast option was buffet that was overpriced at $16 (especially for those of us can’t eat any where near enough to get your money’s worth. The hotel looks amazing and quite large. I had expectations but the bathroom floor was not level. It was awkward to walk on. There were signs everywhere asking for your review of 10 stars, yet; when I checked out, no one asked me about my stay. The signs say 8 is the new 0. I couldn’t even give them an 8. Had anyone seemed a bit concerned about my stay, I probably would have given them a 9.
