Just good for a stop in the middle way back home

Lovely hotel and pool

I've stayed here 4 times per year for the last 10 years and will do so again so I must be happy. I have given a happy review each time. This will be my last one ....

Nice stay on our way back from South of France to Calais. Hotel attached to large upmarket shopping mall, with plenty of options for food (as well as very large carrefour). Hotel nice and modern, 2 double beds, although rooms a little warm. Bar nice with expensive drinks €8 for a beer. Breakfast was good with usual items present. All in all a good stay, with lots of amenities in the shopping centre.

Love this hotel and surroundings. We stayed here two yrs ago at the beginning of our holiday and this year we stayed at the beginning and end of our month holiday. The journey through is so good on our way to Italy it’s a good stopover. With all amenities. Didn’t use the pool this year as we were too tired but also on our stay yesterday I noticed the pool and area was not as clean as expected. The restaurant food was amazing.

It wasn't my favourite place to stay. After being in France for 3 weeks and visiting some beautiful parts, if you want to make your journey home part of your experience don't book a place like this. Go for something unique. You will get more enjoyment out of it. That said it does what it says on the tin if that's your kind of thing. Whatever you do don't eat in the restaurant next to the hotel it is a disgrace and the food is awful. The hotel food looked a little better.

The hotel was ideally located for out one night stay on the way back from the South of France to the UK, with the centre of Dijon a 10 minute ride on the tram from outside the hotel. The adjacent shopping centre with good food outlets was a bonus.

Terrible customer service, AC wasn't working when it was 29C and we melting in that hot room. Called the reception and the lady hung up on me saying she can't help as the front desk it very busy. Never again

We love this place which is why we come back. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and clean. The food was lovely for breakfast and next door have a shopping centre which is always great to have. What I wasn’t happy with is the centre closes to early.

Disappointing overnight stay. Had to ask for additional towels as only 2 in room for family of 4. 2 receptionists and queue of 10 people in front checking in. Morning of check out, 20 minute wait for lift.

The staff were great and the room as comfy. Breakfast was varied. Our biggest down sides we’re having trouble finding it and the eve chargers we’re only for Tesla. We had chosen it for the chargers so were disappointed that we had to make time for charging in the morning.

Very busy hotel. On check in the member of staff could have given us more information ie breakfast times, dining facilities, pool and gym location etc

The fact that they charge 20Eur/h(!) for a Tesla Destination Charger is like a bad joke, and probably also breaking the agreement with Tesla. Nice room, but AC not powerful enough to keep it cool. Breakfast was great!

Disappointed in this hotel. Room a bit dark and furniture rather shabby. The room was described as a city view but in reality it looked out over the roof and air conditioning units of the large shopping centre beside the hotel. The internet was awful. The common parts were better and there was a good restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Also easy parking.

Not as high end as you would expect for the price,needed a bit of tlc in the rooms specifically the bathroom as our toilet seat was hanging off!
