Found a bug in the bathroom and the room was super hot. There were also hairs in the shower.

Very convenient if you are flying out of Ind. the shuttle is great

Place was easy to get to right off the highway. Check in staff were nice and the lobby area is huge. Very nice well kept hotel.

The car show that took place across from the hotel was unsafe, loud, and caused entry to the hotel parking lot to take over an hour.

Lobby was very hot like it was no ac in the hall ways

We have to move rooms because the room that we initially were put in was hot. But they got us moved to more comfortable room.

Love the staff here, so friendly and professional. The shuttle service is amazing and if you need to park a car for an around trip, it’s only a $5 parking fee!

Room was nice and clean, we had to switch rooms because the A/C didn’t work and it didn’t work much better in the new room. The refrigerator isn’t a refrigerator so don’t try to keep perishables in it. Apparently it’s a chiller and only runs for 2 hours. Also no fan in the bathroom to remove steam. Breakfast wasn’t very good but it was free. We had a room to the inside of the hotel and we couldn’t hear the planes at all.

The hotel was very beautiful. I did not realize the wasn't a pool. That was disappointing. The problem with cleanliness, it has a bad smell, like musty dirty carpet.
