Being close to the mall I didn't think this place was the treasure I thought it to be but I was wrong. Great rates and decent rooms! Literally a quick walk to the mall from its location. Will definitely rebook for my next staycation!

The hotel is quiet, and had a wonderful view. Your close to everything and within walking distances.

It was a good stay! Very standard hotel experience, but it’s what we wanted and needed from a hotel at this price point. We didn’t buy anything from the cafe in the lobby, but I saw it was open and the lobby area is clean and well-decorated. We also didn’t use the pool (we hadn’t planned on it at all), but I think I overheard that the slide wasn’t working, so if that’s why you want to go, definitely call to double check whether it’s working or not when you’re planning to be there!

The photos on the websites all show that the pool has a slide. This is why I chose this hotel. Nowhere did it say that the slide is permanently closed. There are tons of tables outside the pool area but you’re not allowed to eat at them. The “cafe” is a Starbucks with very limited hours. The hotel was pretty clean but definitely needed updating. The water ran cold for a very long time and then was scalding hot.

Overall, it was a good stay. I booked the suite so it was perfect for my family. I would stay again.

We went to the room and it was not nice. Broken doors in the dresser. 2 lamps above the bed with no lightbulbs in them. I told the guy at the desk we did not want to stay there due to this and even with hotels.com help they would not refund this stay no give me back the additional $50 hotel fee

No towels 2 nights in a row at the pool. Very understaffed, the hotel manager was bar tending because she said she didn’t have a bar tender.

Hot water stopped working in the hotel and had to find another place to stay. Found out from the hotel I went to that this is a regular issue at Sonesta. Not impressed and very disappointed.

The property is conveniently located. It is a bit understaffed and rundown. Plus each time they had advertised a free continental breakfast and neither time I stayed there was there one available.

For the amount of ppl staying at the hotel per staff seemed very dissproportionate. The pool was crowded and had to be closed several times for cleaning. The "breakfast" options were limited from a list of starbucks breakfast items, and took 25 min to heat up for 1 order. The rest of our family opted to go to the real Starbucks next door. The suite rooms were very spacious.

There was no hot water in the entire hotel. We were not notified of this at the time of our check in. For breakfast they were out of several (of the very few options) of the items on their menu. The coffee was terrible. We had to pull the server away from his cell phone for service. When we told the front desk about there not being any hot water, he said, “the manager will be in at 3pm.” (This was at 9:30 am). After I asked if we would received the news that there was no hot water, He also said, “That’s the hotel business!” He was unwilling to look in to the problem. I am canceling our stay for our return on March 20th. We will not stay there again and we will not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing!!
