Pictures of reins were not even close to what our room looked like. Had a portable ac which had to have hose out of the slider, which was a safety hazard for us since we have a 2 year old, the pool was extremely cold but was clean.

Loved the beds! Wish I could get the same mattress for my house. The gentleman at the front desk the morning we checked out was very friendly and very helpful!

The staff is great and the room was clean enough. However for what you are charging, you need to update the rooms. They are awful. You don’t even have a charging port for a phone. Instead you have a ghetto power strip on the floor. Also, your shower head is rusted and it’s so strong it hurts your skin. Step into the 21st century and let us stream our shows. The remote in the room hardly worked and looked about 20 years old.

Interior room had makeshift air conditioner installed that would not allow the curtain to entirely close not giving us complete privacy and let in a lot of light making it hard to sleep. I stay at this hotel 2-3x a year and this is not usual, but I would demand a different room or consider a different hotel if this becomes normal.

I stayed one night on the second floor. The room was terrible. It had not been remodeled in decades. I had friends on other floors with nice rooms. Don't accept any room on the second floor.

Room reserved was not available at guaranteed check-in time and had to take an alternative room. Room was very good so no real complaints.

I love staying here! And this time I got one of their newly renovated and updated rooms and it’s beautiful! Very modern without being sterile. Welcoming and comfortable. I love the area because there is everything- shops, restaurants, salons.All of it within walking distance. And free parking!

Good breakfast and friendly staff

Visually the lobby was uninviting. It would’ve been nice to have a window of time where you can grab a cup of coffee . Unfortunately, I bathroom had burned out lights and a toilet that kept running again. It would’ve been nice to have a little color on the wall in the hotel room as well. also, the outside Pet area remained dirty.

Staff was friendly and room was clean and quiet.

The Lady, who's name I unfortunately forget, at the breakfast buffet was Amazing! So polite, and on top of any needs.

The coffee bar service is top notch. Happy hour service was great too. Appreciate the availability of laundry. GREAT location for all things downtown.

For having to wait for our room to be clean the bathroom was gross. And paying that high of a rate per night you would assume they had at least free coffee brewed in the morning for guests, but only for purchase.

Great location right downtown. Nice rooms. Hot tub was a little gross. EV charger onsite would have been nice. Will stay again.
