Room was very nice and clean. Definitely upgraded from previous Holiday inn stays. Some minor issues with the streaming they need to address.

Shower is very week,

The staff were excellent. Front desk staff spoke to us every time we entered the lobby. Answered all our questions. We included breakfast in our stay since we did not have personnel transportation. On site restaurant and staff was very nice. Very safe area to stay and walkable to shopping. We did not receive room cleaning the day we spent in NYC, but front desk brought us fresh towels and coffee condiments within minutes. Great water pressure and large shower.

Convenient to tons of restaurants and shops. Accessible parking. Friendly staff.

Holiday Inn Cherry Hill is in a good location for shopping. It's nice they have a restaurant on site. The room was very clean, and I like that its a non-smoking hotel.

Clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. If you like bbq head to the Whole Hog cafe 1/2 mile away.

Few to no amenities and you pay for EVERYTHING. Way over priced for what you receive. Not worth the price paid.

We stayed for one night. Conveniently situated across the river from Philadelphia. Reserved and paid via Expedia. Receptionist charged my credit card upon check-in despite showing her the Expedia receipt. Next morning upon check-out the receptionist was unable to refund the duplicate charge and advised us to email the receipt to the hotel manager. After 2 days and 2 emails to the manager with no response Expedia was contacted. The refund was issued the following day with an apology from the hotel establishment. Very unpleasant experience overall.

Great stay!

I liked that the rooms were very clean and the hotel location was very close to the function that I attended. I did not like that the hotel customer service was negligent in charging my credit card $100, instead of actually placing a hold on the card. After checking out, I contacted them on three occasions to fix the issue to no avail. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to reimburse my $100 deposit.
