Great location!

Joshua at the front desk did an excellent job with our check in,she even made arrangements to have a surprise for my daughter’s birthday delivered to our room.That was very nice of her.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the location was very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay!

We had a great time in this hotel. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with really good amenities and the staff readily provided a water kettle and extra pillows when we asked. King West is a great location with food from around the world so you won't lack for options. The property decor was really pleasant; the had a pond with live koi fish. I would stay here again and look forward to my next opportunity.

Hyatt properties are usually high end, this hotel was not. Its outdated and needs renovation in my opinion.. Its super clean.. But its really old and needs updates

Walking distance to the Rogers Centre

We got a great deal for weekend rate. Room was clean but on a dated floor in hotel facing a condo building. Room was clean. Beds comfy. We got stuck in the elevator our last night due to a mechanical problem. Fortunately someone else in the elevator figured out a way to open the elevator door.

Nice hotel but others in similar price range are nicer.

The lobby and koi pond was a novelty for the kiddos. Room was comfortable and service was fast and courteous.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Stayed 2 nights and was very pleased with our stay.

Easy to walk around the area.

Great location in the heart of the theatre district. We were offered a free wine tasting upon arrival, which was a great was to start our weekend!
