The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was great in the beginning and helping us when our AC wasnt working but when we had to switch rooms, we had forgotten shoes in the prior room. We called and asked if they were there, they said no and that checked but we couldnt find them anywhere. So we called them again and we insisted to go into the room ourselves to check and they were there. We had to make a big deal to be able to get those back when that was no necessary. In addition, they made us go in circles. I went to the front desk for help but she said to go to the concierge. The concierge said to call 0. I call 0 and they said to talk to the concierge. It was just an unorganized system.

Amazing buffet breakfast, we had a room update, complimentary food, excellent and warm service.

I didn’t get a chance to eat there. Didn’t know breakfast was included.
