Everything was great

Easy to check in and it’s local to many places

Room was great. Hallway and stairwell smelled a bit musty and dusty. Breakfast was good. Front desk clerks didn't seem to know how to connect my Choice Hotels number.

Stopping point going home, room was clean and ready for guests

Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast offered a wide variety.

I am a disabled service dog handler, and the individual that checked me in was so kind to move my room to one right next to an exit. She asked the legal questions regarding my service dogs, and was super kind!

Staff were amazing, helpful, and kind. Everything was clean, organized, and stocked. They even made accommodations to get one of our rooms early for graduation festivities at Carroll University. Highly recommend Comfort Inn at Waukesha, WI

Nice place to stay for the night, we were in town for a baseball tournament.

I had a great weekend

We were in town for a wedding and it was nice to be able to use our room through the entire morning, rather than needing to leave for housekeeping to come in. The staff is great! We were wished a great day as we checked out, which has never happened before! Nice touch.

I’ve stayed here a dozen times over the years and it’s always a pleasant experience - Elfrieda even remembers a conversation we had several years ago. (She’s great and on top of things around here!)
