Second time staying at this lovely hotel. Very stylish. The beds are super comfortable

Staff was super friendly and hotel was great. Good restaurant, very clean. Hung out by the pool in the afternoons. Took shuttle to Universal.

Fantastic stay during a weekend trip to Universal Studios! Very charming and clean hotel. Room was very spacious and had comfortable beds. Pool area is really cute. Attempted to eat at the restaurant, but they screwed up my order. To their credit they attempted to fix it, but I was over it at that point. Maybe next time will be better. Had some incorrect charges to my final statement, but once I emailed, they immediately fixed it for me. Would highly recommend staying here! I know I will again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was also very clean, but the mini fridge was a bit small and no micro inside the room. All in all, would definitely stay here again.

We love the atmosphere of the Garland!

I love the vibe of this hotel. Everything is pretty much perfect. Pillows could be better and the water wasn’t quite hot enough this time, but our stay is always great. The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant and food you get by the pool is great. Great drinks. I love the gift shop and we go in it every time for drinks and snacks. Pool is awesome. You don’t even have to leave, they have pretty much everything you need right there.

Everything was great. It’s close to universal studios. Really glad they have car chargers on the property.

Stunning facility, we’d go back any day. Got a little side eye from the bougie people, we’re tatted with colored hair, but overall everyone was nice.

Good option if you looking for anything close to Universal Studios. Complimentary shuffle every hour on the hour. The Garland reminds me of hotels in Florida. Bit old fashioned but comfortable and clean. Very reasonably priced. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great 4 star hotel!

Amazing

I always stay here for business and it is always enjoyable. Friendly helpful staff, nice gym and pool and restaurant.

The vibe was perfect! beautiful place, and very helpful and kind staff. Food for buffet brunch was amazing and late night Happy hour was a plus. Only thing I did not like was slow elevator that was in constant use by the cleaning staff, though they were always nice.
