Room was filthy thermostat was hanging off the wall., was eventually given a new room and what’s that room the TV kept freezing up, I cannot load the pictures in here, I have of the first room, that room was unacceptable. I should never have been given that room in the first place make sure you think the amount of dust that was on that lamp. How clean was the bed that I slept on?

The staff here were very lovely and helpful and doing their best. The tv and WiFi didn’t work properly and cut out constantly. The hotel was quite run down and dingy, and the halls were noisy at night with people having loud conversations right outside my door. Still, the staff were really nice and trying to deal with a lot. This is a huge hotel and there may not be enough staff to manage everything.

They try their best to clean the property but the carpet is old and smells. There was garbage by the bed. The price is reasonable and the location is convenient

There was never staff around, Was unaware that the restaurant and bar were going to be closed for the duration of our stay for renovations. Patio light did not work to sit out on our patio to enjoy the space. Breakfast could have had more options like English muffins, muffins, yogurt.

First I didn t realize two floors no elevator , my fault for not inquiring and assuming. The shower was great except no grips on shower floor very slippery . dirty dishes in hallway from breakfast on day of arrival and still there when we left this am and when first got to hotel noted wet towels on floor in front of some rooms . overall stay ok but wouldn't t book again

As a WR member I am disappointed at how musty the lobby and hallways were. The pricing was high and the property is very run down. Stayed in business class and again room needs repairs, the lamp was not bright but overall the room was clean. Staff was polite for the most part, but not the most professional upon checkout.

Rooms are congested and not fully furnished

Extremely dirty. Kids found crack pipes and stepped on a nail. Halls were filthy. Dirty que tips on the stairs.

Room was dirty, no toilet paper holder, entrance stunk of cigarettes, very noisy, would not recommend this property to anyone

Breakfast was great. The pool is small but clean and the pool surround is so neat!

It's an older hotel but renovations have been started. I've stayed here multiple times throughout the years for sports events. I love the courtyard and h having a balcony room overlooking the courtyard. Our room hadn't been entirely cleaned as there was still candy wrappers in the drawers but the bathroom was clean. I will stay here again, especially once renovations are complete. The pool was nice the hot tub was hot, breakfast was good. We didn't use any other amenities.

Room was renovated but quality is not good. Water went out of the shower room and the thermalstate of the AC was not updated and has problem to control the temperature.

Breakfast included was nice, but no variation over our weeklong stay (sausage everyday!)

Nothing good to say. The breakfast was old and cold. The bedroom was disgustingly dirty. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Tv was broken. Cobwebs everywhere. Stuff all over the rugs. Dirty, dirty, dirty. I will never return. They will tell you they are renovating but they told us that 3 years ago when we stayed. We thought we’d give them one more chance but after last night, we will never be back.

Staff was very helpful and room was clean but bathroom had no towel bar or any place to hang wash cloth or bathing towel. Neither was there any place in shower stall to rest soap or shampoo while taking a shower. Also same breakfast menu every morning of egg, potatoes, sausages, pank cakestoast, juice, tea, coffee. Please add yogurt, oats, omelet, pastries Over all my family had a wonderful stay!

The room was ok, 3 lamps didn't work, 2 weren't even plugged into the wall.. Clock wasn't plugged in and I had to do that, the room was freezing cold, no heat until I turned it on.. Continental breakfast was fantastic... Will I go back in the future, probably not, but served the purpose for today
