Nice room and services

Room was clean and staff was very good.

Seems pricey for the facility.

Decent hotel

General areas - lobby, elevators, etc. were a bit dirty and seemed run down. Room itself was fine. Staff was friendly. We were supposed to get an upgraded room with a roman tub and we did not get that.

Room was very clean. No issue with the service received. Staff at front desk were great.

The staff were really welcoming and attentive to all our needs, always available with a smile...the location was excellent for our daily walking excursion, special thanks to Abby for her exceptional customer service handling our dinning request while serving an unexpected crowd with a smile, a true professional

I didn't get much sleep on my two nights there. The non-smoking room had heavy Smoke smell and feel.

The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The hotel interior is tired and needs an update. The gym is adequate. The parking on site is difficult to access and valet parking would be sensible but it was not an option.
