We had another wonderful stay at the De L'Europe. The property is beautiful and even better as they prepare it for the holidays. They kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony, which was fantastic! It was so lovely and luxurious and really made the stay perfect. Breakfast in Marie Brasserie was the highlight of my day - wonderful service overlooking the canal and an exceptional array of foods available at the buffet or for order. The hotel is small enough that the staff recognizes you and it really feels like a home away from home. Wonderful!!

Absolutely incredible. The staff made all of the difference. I appreciated Mo, the lady who ran the afternoon tea service, and the concierges. Our charming room overlooked the canal. We had the opportunity to visit the spa and the Freddy's bar. Highly recommend.

Great hotel! Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and well organized. There are three restaurants and all are good. Flore is well worth the trip alone, but the Italian place is a close second. Make sure to ask about the history, it’s a great story! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting luxury in the heart of everything while staying in Amsterdam! We will come back.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful. The rooms smell amazing and are quite large. Everyone who works there was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We also found the location to be central enough so walking to everything was manageable. We would definitely stay again on our next trip!

Loved the stay here, front desk offered me a free room upgrade, hotel is clean and rooms are quiet. Location is great. My only negative experience was with the concierge, especially the head of the concierge. He is unprofessional, disrespectful and arrogant. He has too much pride to admit he made a mistake. He is the reason for not giving full rate.

This hotel is exceptional! The staff is extremely professional, accomodating, and always in a good mood. The 1-bedroom suite upgrade was wonderful surprise, and extremely spacious. I highly recommend this 5-star hotel

Elegant property with old-world charm and excellent professional staff. Eric and Mo were tremendously helpful as were the doormen and front desk staff. They made me (a single female traveler) feel welcomed and safe.

It was a perfect location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel and will absolutely stay there again!

Five star ambiance One star service. 30 minutes for a small bucket of ice. Housekeeping in your room when you have not requested it. We made transportation appointments only to have no car show up and staff telling us " it's coming" for 20 minutes. Finally we gave up and secured our own taxi.
