Excellent service. Staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was really well presented and the choice was wide. Bar was lovely quiet atmosphere. All in all a very classy place. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel - very well maintained. Gorgeous sitting areas in the lobby. Cozy bar. So much charm! Lovely area, walkable to all the best of Hamburg. Staff was very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel - great location. You will not regret staying here. Beds are so comfortable, even the add on bed for third person. Nothing was to much trouble.

Beautiful classic hotel right by the lake.

The hotel is beautiful and it's right beside the lake, short walk to the small lake and the main shopping area. There's a street opposite the train station that feels a little unsettling but we soon discovered other routes to avoid it. Would definitely recommend this hotel as they seem to have thought of everything.

The staff and service went beyond to help us with luggage that didn’t arrive on time and with everything else we needed. Excellent service.

The hotel is very classic manner and has historical bacground, everything was fine.

The hotel is beautiful, staff are friendly and helpful, the accommodation itself is extremely comfortable and clean. I would like to return to this hotel in the future.
