Front desk personel had no idea of what customer service is, they were rude, unhelpful unfriendly, totally awfull experience with the front desk personel. The rest of persone were very nice

Check in was easy and efficient. The staff member was very helpful with great customer service.

Highway noise was pretty loud.

The area is fine but there is nothing other than hotels

The place needs maintenance. Everything needs repair… no thermostat for the unit so I couldn’t turn on the heat. The toilet was noisy need maintenance. No one responded when I complained about the thermostat! Had to change rooms because it was too cold and noisy.

Noisy, close to freeway.

The hotel was not as nice as pictures given in Expedia. It is close to highway and is so noisy. The heating system is too old and noisy. It is an exterior entrance hotel which during winter time makes it hard to walk to lobby for breakfast. Staffs were nice but hotel situation and conditions were not good.

They dont clean the rooms and bathtub floods along with the sink!

Great Place to live and Great Services.

Stayed over new years, the first room we got was not previously cleaned, the bedding was used, had to go and ask for another room, the second room was clean, however the remote was not working- just one channel, TV very old. Called front desk twice, but no one came, wanted to watch something good for the new years and that was ruined.

I found a pill on the floor next to the bed frame. I’m glad an adult found it and not my 4 year old child. I immediately informed the front desk and checked out. I contacted Expedia from the parking lot and I am waiting to hear back for a refund.

Breakfast was good if you're picky go to OpenTable and make reservations at a restaurant. It's a little out dated, old towels and I couldn't get the right temp on thermostat. Overall a quick one day stay.

This was a nice location to the Monterey Wharf. It was comfortable. The rooms are a bit small but the hotel and staff were pleasant.
