Wonderful property

Clean. Adequate. Great service. DAILY CLEANING!!!! Perfectly fine to crash with the family while you spend your days enjoying sights or events in Orlando. One of our rooms had a damaged microwave and some loose floor tiles, other room no issues.

Property that could use some renovation within a 20 minute walk to the convention center.

Cuando llegue al cuarto habian vendido el cuarto mio a otra persona. Me tubieron que asignar otro cuarto. Todo el tiempo me tenia preocupado las cosas mias en el hotel por esa equivocacion

Loved the 24 hour I Hop restaurant option. There were work crews moving around my door by 7am, dragging what sounded like cardboard boxes, and conversing loudly. Considering I didn't notice where my "do not disturb" sign was ( on the middle of the door, not on knob or table), I don't feel I can complain, as they may have assumed the room was vacant.

It is quite expensive for the area. But housekeeping didn’t make the bed everyday until I asked. I had to ask for coffee maker, it wasn’t in the room. Cleanliness was not great, just ok. There is no lobby in the hotel.

The stay itself was great. The rooms outdated, flooring was nice. It was clean but outdated, for a quick one night stay and price, was totally worth it. Would stay again

The IHOP restaurant is ridiculosly overpriced and the only choice in the immediate area. Stairs were dirty and full of cigarette buts but the rooms were clean, yet a little on the aged side. Beds were comfortable and good quality, and rooms were good size for the price and clean.
