i had a nice experience hotel and site amazing

The front desk staff were very helpful! Our room was nice but small. There was construction happening in the room above us which began before 9am so sleeping in wasn’t an option. This went on through the day until dinner. The pool had a great view of the acropolis although it was a small area with limited loungers. The number of people who “saved” these few loungers with their towels was annoying. We spent 3 hours by the pool one afternoon and the beds were still being unused while others had no where to sit. The breakfast buffet was amazing (a huge variety and very delicious) however I wish I could say the same for the service. For what is deemed a luxury hotel I felt I shouldn’t have had to track down someone to bring coffee to the table. We didn’t have one wait staff check on us or ask if we needed anything. We cleared our own plates. Overall it was a very average stay in a very expensive hotel.

The hotel was beautiful with fantastic views and wonderful food. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us with a tricky situation and therefore made our trip seamless. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved our stay! The staff was so great and even offered us a room upgrade, which made our stay unforgettable! We will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends! The views of the Acropolis and convenient location near sites and shops was perfect… also loved the rooftop restaurant!

Right in the center of old town

The desk staff was not knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. Directions given were totally wrong. Said it was a 5 minute walk when in reality it was a 15 minute cab drive. Hotel location was ok.

This hotel is in the perfect spot! Nestled on a quiet side street with scenic views of the acropolis, great shopping, restaurants and so much history in walking distance! Also the breakfast is great! They had the most delicious orange juice! Can't wait to go back.

The check out is at 11 am and the harass you until you go. but when you do check in they delay, dont give the room on time. Also the beds are individual and they put them together motel style so sleeping in couple is super hard. this is not a 5 star hotel.

Overall this is a very nice hotel with good amenities. For the price and quality of hotel, I would have expected better service. It was not very good by the pool or at breakfast. The pool is lovely but very small for such a large hotel, with only about 20 seats. The rooms are nice but dated, and I would have preferred a true queen bed to the two twins pushed together. Overall, for the money it could have been better, but it is not a bad place.

I was very disappointed with my stay. For a rate of over 300 euros per night, I expected at least a comfortable and well-equipped room, but what I found was far from that. The bed was pushed directly against the wall, there was no bedside table, and the overall layout felt closer to a hostel than to a hotel in this price category. The room lacked the basic comfort and functionality one would reasonably expect for the rate charged. For the price, I anticipated more attention to detail, better design, and a sense of value. Unfortunately, it felt overpriced and underwhelming. In my opinion, the room simply does not justify the cost, and I would not recommend it to travelers looking for comfort or value for money.

Had a great experience staying here. It’s walkable to most sights and tourist areas. Staff and service were great! The highlight was the breakfast every morning which my kids enjoyed very much.
