The hotel is a bit old and it looks like they are updating. The location is excellent! Walking distance to Parliament, lots of restaurants and museums. There was lots of space in the two bedroom suite.

The staff here is amazing and the location is central to almost anything you would want to do. The rooms are okay - just very dark even with all the lights on and could use some updating. Pool and hot tub were great and they have a toddler playroom and game room too!

Un peu vieillot mais très propre tout ce dont on a besoin dans la cuisine , stationnement inclus facile d accès, 12 minutes de marche du musée de civilisation (nature). 15-20 minutes de l attraction du centre-ville. Personnel accueillant. Lit un peu dur oreillers devrait être changé, bonne insonorisation, beau balcon, on a adoré.

Great location, lots to see and do nearby. Room was comfortable and quiet. Nice to have a kitchenette - Farm Boy grocery store only 1 block away. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Only stayed one night but room was clean and well kept.

The rooms are large with full kitchen we did not use. Some of the carpets in the room and hall were stained. The lobby is very down market.

The hotel is in an excellent location. However, the price is high considering the finishing and furniture are very dated. There was a musty smell due to old carpet and old couch and chairs. The room was very clean, just not very pleasant to stay in.

My friend woke up with a cockroach on his arm. And a bunch of ants in the room. We will no longer be booking in this hotel.

I stayed here for two nights. I was given a suite which has kitchen/lounge area with balcony, and separate bedroom and bathroom. However the hotel/room decor is very dated but the condition is reasonable. Not sure if the bed sheets were cleaned properly as I found hairs on the sheet when I took the covers off. The bathroom was functional in terms of having everything you need. Over bath shower was ok and got hot if needed. Bedroom air-conditioning worked well but was noisy. Gym wasnt too bad and has a good amount of equipment. Location was good near a road with plenty of restaurants.

There was dirt in the dresser drawer and the dish washer didn’t work. Only one packet of coffee -1/2 pot - per guest.
