We arrived late at night. Room service was very fast and delicious. We had to be at the airport early in the morning so we did not get to enjoy the hotel like we would have wanted too.

Área to get to the lobby was blocked due to lot a cars parked on the entry way, took me about 20 minutes to get somebody to move the parked cars for me to access the hotel entrance.

Anyone expecting anything other than a basic hotel will be disappointed. For a place that offers all inclusive option, this hotel has limited food and drink options. Most rooms don’t even have a fridge, or microwave. There’s only one restaurant and the buffet is disgusting. Cut up hot dogs and watery eggs are about as good as it gets. Waiting for an elevator is the most exciting activity this place has. The elevators are disgustingly dirty. Spend a couple of hundred more and go to a decent place in the Caribbean.

Terminally Understaffed! Hours to check in, no rooms even with reservations

Hotel is clean and very nice, service was ok. The phone in the room did not work, we reported the problem to the front desk. After reporting it for the 4th time and getting angry at the Supervisor at the front desk, they finally sent someone to look at it. We were traveling with our parents and needed to communicate with them, not having a working phone in the room made things difficult.
