Lobby was being remodeled, made one of the rooms the temporary lobby. I didn’t know they had no elevator.. bad leg and I had to take all of our bags a luggage up two flights of stairs… The jacuzzi was not working. Not what I expected…..

It was very easy to find and convenient to the outlet stores and restaurants. I did not like that the lobby was closed for some type of work and that the pool area was closed down at the only time I had available to use it, and yet I was charged for it as part of the ‘amenity fee.’ And the amenity fee was taxed too! Seriously? While my trip was pretty enjoyable the noise from the nearby occupants and the costs without pool, breakfast food, or even bottled water will definitely have me looking elsewhere next time!

front staff was friendly ! across from an outlet ! we stayed for a weekend at LegoLand and they had a shuttle too and from the park !

We really like this place. The pool is always ckean and the shuttle to Legoland is a plus. Nit to mention the food hall right next door. Quality food and lots of variety.

Great location for a family weekend at Legoland! The hotel was very convenient and made our trip easy. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the Legoland shuttle was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I liked everything about the property

its an old hotel. The location is nice but the room especially the bed is not comfortable. There was a desk table but no chair which was so inconvenient.

Convenient location and friendly staff, but it’s crying out for a renovation. The room wasn’t dated in style, but the worn-out fixtures, old pillows, and overall need for replacements dragged down the experience. It’s clean enough and budget-friendly for a quick stay. 3/5 stars—some modern upgrades could make a big difference.

Wonderful heated pool. Cute property. Friendly staff. Very clean. Recently renovated. Lots of restaurants and eateries near by. Short drive to the beach.

The staff was amazing and the location was exactly what we needed!

We booked the hotel for 3 nights initially for our aged aunts. While the fact that the hotel was under construction was not shared previously, it is terrible that my 70+ year old aunts were made to climb stairs to get to their room as the elevator was not working! Add to it that there was no AC in the room! Least to say, we booked them elsewhere after the first night.

Nice, clean and quiet!

Checked in, provided keys and upon arrival to room, was being cleaned for another 30 minutes. Grounds border the interstate, very noisy. Grounds are also for weddings and have a food court, high traffic and police presence due to location. Priced at around 170 a night, should be more like 120-130 as the bathrooms are very gross. Black mildew or mold all over and the shower makes a mess. Low quality towels. I was bamboozled by the higher reviews on this spot but this hotel is not a 3 star, it is a 2 star for sure. Never staying at this place again. My room even had ants because there’s no bottom door seals to the front door. Felt like a motel 6. Motel 6 might even put this place to shame. Spend a few more dollars somewhere else if you have any kind of standards

The staff was friendly and amazing. The location was perfect. Close to many restaurants and Legoland.

Nice clean and comfortable

The staff were great, we stayed for 3 nights, we were allowed to check in early in the first day. When we checked out, the shuttle took us to legoland with our luggages and 2 strollers. I love that they have the shuttle service, restaurants are nearby like the windmill hall, pf chang, restaurants by the outlet stores. I wish i had time to shop. The outlet stores is just in front of the hotel.
