Staff were amazing. The only issue I had was carrying our luggage down and then upstairs to get to our particular room. Not horrible, just cumbersome. Overall it was a nice stay.

My only advice is not to go to Killarney during the May bank holiday…very noisy with wannabe rally drivers!

Very nice hotel in the center of Killerney. Plenty of onsite parking, and within walking distance of the central tourist areas. Short drive to Killerney National Park. Staff was very polite and helpful with recommendations for places to eat/things to do in the area.

The hotel is very well placed to explore the town, with good parking if self driving. The staff were excellent and informative. The property is very tastefully decorated with some beautiful antique furniture positioned in strategic places.

A beautiful hotel. Close to the town centre but still quiet. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice big rooms, very comfortable.

Arrived at reception, greeted by Justin on 21st April 2025. We queried the pool and Spa to which Justin disregarded the fact that we had booked the hotel for this amenity. We continued to unpack in the room and discovered the room turn lock not locking, several attempts without success. Furthermore the latch lock was broken. I went to reception and raised the above to which Justin became rude, obnoxious and dismissive. Shane the Bar manager could hear the conversation and intervened. Shane attended the room, noted the safety concerns about the lock and stated it would be changed and fixed in the morning. The next afternoon we arrived back to the room, no locked or latch fixed or any follow up.Upon checkout we raised the concerns with Carolina on reception and she advised that Shelley would attend to us at reception. We waited for 20 minutes to be told she was on a call and you would call my wifes number which was left alongside our booking email. We are a few days later, no follow up yet again.

In Ireland 17days and went through Killarney three separate times. Love this town and this location is a great one.

We love the vibe, room and amenities of the Randles Hotel Killarney. My husband says its the best shower he has ever had. Thank you Randles for a great stay.

We have stayed here each year for a dance competition. The staff truly remembers you and are friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, very nice hotel with conveniente parking

The outside was very nice, the inside was undergoing construction and most of it was good, but the beds were very soft and we didn’t get much sleep on them.

Once again stairs no lift. The 1 lift they had was proven inoperative. Room was good but had to pass an open construction area with limited warning signs. Accomodating for early departure

Stunningly curated property. Impeccable staff and service, accommodating every need.

We had a problem with a small in the bathroom and it was dealt with asap. The bed was luxurious and very comfortable.
