Everything was okay but the bathroom hole was not draining properly

Friendly and helpful staff

When we arrived the receptionist was not very welcoming and didnt try to provide us with any information to make us familiar with the hotel. When we entered our hotel room there was a ball of hair on the floor, the sheets were itchy and the sink in the bathroom was flooded. It was not the relaxing experience we were hoping for.

This is a mediocre property. Frequently used by sports teams. And they have a peculiar policy of not allowing payment for rooms by debit - only credit card - which can be inconvenient.

It was a nice hotel with nice staff but the bathtub drain was clogged and the blanket smelled strongly of perfume. It suggested to me that it was never washed.

Excellent hotel with a great little restaurant off the lobby. Across the street from the St. Laurent mall, with a variety of dining and shopping, so an overall great location.

Only negative I found for this location is no vending machines on every floor or at least identification of where the closest vending machine is in every room. But other than this minor thing, I would definitely recommend this hotel for it's location, cleanliness, quietness and most definitely try there restaurant for dinner...the food is excellent!
