This hotel is right off the Walk of Fame where the stars are on Hollywood Boulevard. It’s a place to visit once during your stay in LA. It’s not, however, a neighborhood where you should plan to stay while there. There are many more hotels in nicer, safer, more user friendly West LA neighborhoods. I spent one night here on my way somewhere else but I did not go back while traveling with out of town guests. Their teens wanted to walk up and down and take photos of the stars and buy tshirts. We did that on one afternoon for about an hour and a half. That’s about all the time I’d give this neighborhood. The hotel itself wasn’t awful. But the location is the issue …

The Hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Hollywood Boulevard just a 5 min walk, but in a quiet dead end street. Staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms clean and quiet with everything you need provided, the buffet breakfast is a perfect start to the day

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean and staff was helpful and friendly.

Large multi 2 room suite with small kitchen was perfect for our family of 4. Patricia who served breakfast was so lovely and really looked after us.

Loved the vloseness to everything outside, loved the waffles and that lovely mecican lady who served us fresh waffles and vegemite toast everyday, staff were frienfly. Liked the bath but shower has very poor pressure.

Did not have a good experience with the front desk guy at check in. Not very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Gal wanted to handle every movement to get the food options. Was weird. Like we can’t handle making a mini waffle or toast. Hotel overall was nice.

Patricia provides excellent service to all customers and she can remember our breakfast preference. The hotel is very convenient, about 5 minutes wakk to Highland Metro and nearby has food options and shopping. Though the furnishings is outdated, the property is clean.

Close to Hollywood and nice accommodations

This hotel was fantastic. The emplacement is perfect near the walk of fame. The room was clean and big! The breakfast was nice just little bit crowded because the room who it served it’s small. The only negative point is we had a room with the wall against the breakfast room so we got a lot of noise.

The location was central.

Really cozy and welcoming! The employee Patricia in particular was really sweet and thoughtful!

Cute quiet place. Gives you the feeling of old hollywood that has been modernized.

This was a great little boutique hotel off the strip which made it quiet but also accessible to everything. Great hiking only a few blocks away!

Not much to say. Parking is very congested and have to move the car after parking. No proper ventilation in room. Only good thing, i liked is staff is very friendly and lots of shopping options in walkable distance.

The staff are nice. The parking is decent. The hotel and hot water is just okay. The location is good for sight seeing.

This property was older but clean. Staff was friendly. Side note is there is no elevator. It is only two story so it wasn't a big deal for us but could be for others. Parking is around back but there is a little alley that brings you back up to the front entrance. It was located in a convenient area to access Hollywood blvd easily through the loading dock of the mall or and extra 5 minute walk to walk around the building. The only complaint I have is the sheets were absolutely awful. I should have requested new ones but I didn't. They were pilling and scratchy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future though.

5 out of 6 people on staff was great. The lady that help at the breakfast bar was outstanding. Now, this guy by the name of Joel was horrible. His customer service skill are the worse. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. I almost check out the first night because of how confrontational he was. The paking situation us indescribable inconvenient. When we first got there my daughter went to the restroom, turning on the light, and the lights were flickering like it was possessed. During our showers the water would turn from hot to cold, cold to hot, very frustrating. The cleaning smell was so strong it gave my wife a headache. Even with as nice as most of the employees are, we would n3ver stay here again.
