Nice stay. Clean room, friendly staff

We appreciated how smooth the stay was. The staff were very pleasant. The window air unit in our room was loud (as they are) but there was no road noise where we were on the far end of the building. The microwave kept tripping the power strip it was plugged into off every two minutes of use or so but we managed. We were grateful that the soaps provided were PETA-friendly and mostly not single use. Overall we were quite pleased and will stay again if we are in the area. Thanks to Baymont~

Everything was very nice and comfortable experience. Very friendly staff and no issues with the room at all.

The refrigerator made loud popping noises all the time and they knew about it and didn't seem to care!! Got woken up all night and even startled us while we were awake. The pillows where hard and flat.

This is a great stop-over if you're riding the MOKATY. Several riders utilize this hotel. There's a GREAT Mexican restaurant next door. The location is right in the heart of Jeff City, you can see the capital from parking lot. Check it out!

No one at front desk. I stood for several minutes before calling to get someone. Found a cockroach IN the refrigerator when I opened it. Television did not work. I called front desk and was told he would be there in 5 minutes to fix TV. After 90 minutes, I went to bed. He never showed up. I asked for a rate adjustment the next mora d was told they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through Expedia.

Initial thoughts, this looks nice and I was not disappointed! Easy pre check in, room clean, bed was cozy, shower was hot!

Beautiful hotel and awesome staff. The parking lot needed attention

The hall of this non smoking hotel smelled like stale smoke. We got in the room and there was a plastic grocery bag over the smoke detector. We needed to leave early (6:30), so we didn't get any breakfast because they don't start until 7 on weekends.

The staff is always friendly. The whole building and property are very well kept. Rooms are clean.

Not happy at all with our stay. Hotel was smelly, hot, elevator dirty, about 80 degrees in June in Mo. hallway carpets smelled like a wet dog. Shower vent was disgusting. Hotel was quiet and bed was comfortable. Will never stay at this hotel again also because there is not a sprinkler system AND there wasn’t even a map on the back of the door for emergency fire exits! I was with my daughter and one year old son and we didn’t even feel comfortable with him crawling on the floor!! Oh and hotel smelled like foul incense in the lobby. The staff was all from India and not to be ignorant but it was gross! I told everyone in Jeff City to never stay at this place. Most of them knew what hotel I was talking about and heard that this was an old and bad place to stay. I agree 1000%!! Sorry
