Great staff, personalized attention. They went above n beyond helping organizing tours for us, they received us with a tray of snacks and a bottle of prosecco! Great customer service and the location incredible. Thank you!

Solid hotel. Location was very busy. Staff weee super helpful. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Air conditioning worked well. Would recommend for someone who only has a few days in Venice.

Stylish and classy boutique hotel right in San Marco. We had a suite with a view on the square. A bonus is you can hear summer night concerts. Staff very helpful and courteous.

I loved the location is next door to St. Marks Basílica and the Square Is a great place clean and friendly. Loved it !!!

This hotel was in an amazing location. My window looked out to Saint Mark's Basilica. The staff was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Hotel Concordia to anyone wanting to visit Venice.

The front staff are professional, nice, and resourceful. View from the room was wonderful.

The location is near Saint Marco and excellent to walk around and to be around everything , the room was clean but you should ask not to be around a bar that has noise at night .

Staff was super helpful!

I fall down and hurt my left arm elbow and hip in the bathtub while I’m shower, the elevator, room & restroom are too tiny but I guess that’s how much space they could utilize. The location was great, easy to access to anywhere, breakfast was ok. No hair dryer.

The hotel was perfectly situated and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was charming and perfectly cleaned.

Had one of the terrace suites with amazing views of Basilica di San Marco. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent. We saw St. Mark’s right out our window. A short 2 minute walk to the grand canal. The hotel staff were pleasant and attentive. They were extremely helpful with our bags. There was not really a private dock at the hotel so 5 minutes of walking with bags once the water taxi dropped us off through the square. If you need water transport contact the hotel that can organize a closer drop off with luggage assistance. The restaurants and shopping near the hotel was excellent. There was a small amount of mildew on the tile grout in the bathroom that could be overlooked but it would be nice to not see that. Overall it is excellent and we would stay again.

Location was optimal for the favorite sites of the city. The hotel is well maintained, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The water pressure on the shower was fantastic. We wish we could get that water pressure at home. It was like a fire hose! The robes and slippers were comfy. They made us feel special and treated us well. Highly recommend this place for all of the above.

The location is amazing and the staff was helpful when we found ourselves in a scheduling pinch.

The location of the hotel is ideal, backing onto San Marcos. We paid for a view and it was great that have a view of the Basilica. The square is of course crowded and noisy but it is a vibrant and happy noise. The hotel itself is a bit dark and musty. The breakfast is consistent and good but doesn’t have eggs made to order, only scrambled eggs with bacon. Of course the espressos are amazing. The staff is professional and helpful. There are some steps to deal with in the hotel.
