Great hotel

I loved the view!!!

The room was clean. The bathroom is quite small. Our room was not cleaned even though we were gone all day. The position of the room was awkward. The tv was on a side wall which made it difficult to watch for very long. We asked to change rooms and were told all rooms were like that even though pictures show differently. We will not stay here again.

My church had our 90th year Black tie gala and when we arrived at 9am to decorate, I was greeted with a warm smile from Ladonna. Her personality and helpfulness made me want to book again.

Best bed and pillows I have ever had.

The staff was less than thrilled to help out with much except for Allison. She checked us in and she was incredible. The handicap bathroom did not feel safe. The bathroom bars were wobbly, shampoo out of reach, the water leaked out of shower area, the water did not drain properly, the shower bench was way too low and did not feel secure. It looked as if it was coming out of the wall. The bedroom area was musty and visible damage from water was present. The room smelled terrible.

it was great, just the doors being too loud when people would close them and would be more loud at night when trying to sleep but other than that great stay!!!

So disappointed. Normally the DoubleTree is wonderful. Not this one. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. The shower floor was dirty. There was dirt on the bathroom floor. I asked for the room to be cleaned, it was not. Terrible stay.

There was no ice available at any of the ice machines

The cookie at check in was tasty and everything in the room worked as expected. AC worked very well and the bed was so comfortable.

The windows need new seals...we could hear the traffic all night.

I was happy that there was plenty of parking. Our room was clean and glad we had a refrigerator. Only issue, ice machine on our floor was broke.

The hotel itself was nice and clean but the area around it was dirty due to construction of sandy roads. Parking limited and graffiti on buildings near it. The hotel was only 1/2 mile from FSU, just across the train tracks and very convenient to casual dinning and sporting events. I would stay here again as the construction should be done at some point.
