When we drove into the entry there was a staff person watering the flowers. There were at least five cars behind wanting to drive up to the lobby to go in to register. Made everyone wait and seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. Got the stink eye. This was at 4:00 pm, when registration started. Definitely didn’t make us feel welcome.

Room clean but not ready for 3 guests! Towels

Property is not maintained. Stains in carpet, mold in shower, room and hallways have a odor.

The room we got was not cleaned, coffee maker was used and never cleaned, we found a big clump of hair in the room and it took them another 24 hrs to get it cleaned. Looks and feels like a highway motel, mostly used for truck drivers, construction workers etc..

This is basic hotel. The swimming pool is alright but the inward looking rooms are weird. Staff are polite but can at times be too direct or gruff.

Pleasently surprised by my room and kitchennete, all clean and like new. The only thing missing was charging stations for iPhone, etc. Managed to find one USB port in the back of the TV set. :)

The building is tired and needs a refresh

Loved the pool. Rooms were needing updating and the sliding door wasn’t sliding properly. Staff were great.

Clean older hotel. Stayed with young kid who loved the pool right outside our room didnt love the noise of others in the pool later but kinda expected that.

I booked through Expedia and went by whatever pictures were available but it was pathetic and terrible rooms,total darkness in the rooms and carpet was in terrible condition, booked two rooms but didn’t stay there and Expedia charged me separate and hotel charged me separately,somehow hotel refunded me money me money but I didn’t see any refund from Expedia total rip off, would advise everyone to book calling hotels directly to book and pay at property only after looking at the rooms and property!

We booked a room 6 months in advance, the room was available when we arrived and the room was clean except the bathroom had a soiled toilet seat, which someone came in to clean when we requested this. The AC unit only had the fan operational and it only had maximum fan speed available. We were double-charged due to procedures not followed at the front desk when a guest has used a third party app to book the reservation. They said they would reverse one of the charges and we were given a discount on the room charges due to all of the problems during our stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful when we expressed our concerns. From our perspective, excuses for having a dirty bathroom are not warranted. Having a room late for check-in time is ok, but compromising on cleanliness is never acceptable.

The only flight in was arrival at 10:30am and we couldn't get into our room until 4pm.

The place desperately needs a Reno but I’ll keep coming back

The pool is great; we went with children, and the depth is perfect. The hot tub is also very good. The room is comfortable and clean; the only thing I found really terrible was the shampoo and conditioner—the quality was awful.

This place is a dump - it was really terrible. Everything about it was miserable.

There were poop stains on the floor of room 260 and old poop on the toilet

They need to spend some money on fixing up their hotel. To be honest it wasn't worth the price paid.

Wasn’t a bad stay but very outdated the room definitely needed some work and wasn’t worth the price
