Staff was good. Older run down hotel.

Overall good stay. The sheets really had a very strong bleach smell to them. Maybe not rinsed properly.

Clean room, nice staff

The room was good . There are only a few things to mention … The was litter on the backside of the building by the parking lot in the back. The hallway carpets need to be replaced. When I when to the lobby to check out , I can smell someone’s BO. Other than those few things … my stay was really good and I will use this Sandman again. Thank you Toby

Absolutely gross hotel . Literally like. Homeless shelter hotel. Would never stay here and the pictures the definitely misleading.

Outstanding service from Ms. Lynn Dube, Guest Service Manager- she met all our diverse needs and was quick, polite and professional! I will stay here again because of her excellent service !

Loved the hot tub and pool things were very clean and staff was incredibly generous.

Room was by the pool and it was very noisy, otherwise room was excellently clean, whoever cleans the rooms should get recognized.

Room was clean but quite dated. Small holes in the wall in various parts of the room and throughout hotel itself. Bathroom sink drains very slowly, mini fridge makes constant noise, and wifi is patchy at best at all times throughout the day and night. Unfortunately there was a group of teenagers staying in hotel on the weekend and nothing but running up and down the hall screaming at the top of their lungs, banging their doors etc...no hotel security to be found anywhere..Definitely get what you pay for with this property - likely choose another when I'm back in town

Great staff …room was clean but needs updating. Especially the low toilet. Not friendly for tall people or seniors.

Was good except for being kicked out of the hot tub right after getting in so they could add chlorine. We had booked specifically to have the hot tub to use
