We had a spectacular time. Food at the property was phenomenal. Staff very friendly.

Excellent hotel, and aervice

The place is beautiful—really nice setting and peaceful vibes. My room was spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated. I was a little surprised there’s only one pool, though, especially for a resort like this. The staff was helpful, but something about the way they interacted felt a bit off—kind of distant or awkward at times. Still, I had a good stay overall.

I find high-end Resorts like this a really bad deal. They were dinging you for money everywhere they could. They even threatened to charge you if you don't return your town according to their automated towel record-keeping system. Hotels.com should display more conspicuously that if you plan to stay there with the car you're going to add $80 a night to the price- 40 for the resort fee and 40 for parking. I'm going to step back to the class of hotels where I feel much more value, which is the Holiday Inn express, Staybridge Suites, and Hampton Inn

Nice place to stay

The beach was excellent! The location was great! Most of the staff was friendly. The restaurant/bar was overpriced for what you get. There were really good food and beverage options nearby.

Best value around as JW Marriotts charges an excessive amount for their rooms and the value in return is not there. It's not an awesome property but they are more reasonable in price .

We thought the hotel was beautiful and the rooms very modern , clean and comfortable beds. We were disappointed in our beach view because it was literally a slice and the furthest away from the beach I would have appreciated more clarity because what we paid for was to see the beach. We were right by the entry so when we sat on our very nice balcony all we could hear were people arriving . Overall it was a nice experience.

We were looking to change from Marriott to see what’s Hilton about, but didn’t meet our expectations. Service is average, Lunch food and the market are good, Nicole the Hostess/Attendant is the most valuable person we encountered. Other than that Staff is nice to average. Cleanliness is average as well, there is no attention to detail.

We had a great stay! We never booked an ocean front before until this visit and initially we were on 3rd floor and our ocean front view was blocked by palm trees at the pool and the front desk was nice enough to move us to the 7th floor with a better view. Great Hospitality. The breakfast buffet was included and what a great selection.

The views from the room were great, clean and friendly service. Options for breakfast and dinner made of this a unique experience
