The hotel was very clean, friendly and understanding employees, the conference rooms and inclusion was excellent. I just wish there was more to choose from in eating!!

Ive stayed at the Columbia location for the past few months and my stay has been consistently pleasing. Starting from the modern decor, pleasant staff and scrumptiously warm cookies upon arrival is the sweetest treat. Im looking forward to seeing what else the property has to offer especially when the weather breaks. Kenya

The people were exceptional. The beds were very comfortable. Some aspects of the building were a little dated but well kept, clean, and of good quality.

I stay at the property often. The staff is always friendly. The property is clean and nice quality rooms. Great pillows and mattresses.

Desk personnel were rude, wrong, unapologetic and laughed about their incompetence.

Beautiful, clean, relaxing and the staff is attentive and gracious.

The hotel overall be itself pretty good. The problem is they have a huge event going on, with loud music, vendors and buffet with private bartender. I was tired after doing work for some family in this area. Then I walk in to basically a frat party. Why wouldnt you notify people of this type of event. Mass email to all guests? I had zero clue this huge party was going to be happening, couldn't even swim too crowded. I would not have stayed there with all this, not to mention all the parking was full and I had to walk all the way from the back of the property with luggage to the front, in the dark.

Everyone is so kind and helpful. Gladys and Haneef are incredible. Always a pleasure staying here.

This hotel is convenient, somewhat clean, but could use some updates and a deep clean in most rooms. Not overly priced so it was fine for a night or two.

I had to stay another night because my family member was not discharged from the hospital and everyone was friendly in our time of need.
