Nice and convenient

Property was centrally located (thus loud street noise). Majority clean. Pull out couch-bed mattress was disgusting.

Rooms facing west need thicker and longer curtains to help keep room cooler.

Old and desperately in need of remodeling. This hotel simply is not up to the stands of the Crowne Plaza name. Do not stay here.

Nice hotel for a 2 day music festival

There was no hot water for almost two days. We told the front desk and they shrugged it off and didn’t offer any explanation or anything. Besides that everything else was nice. It’s our second stay here the first one was good this second time not so good because of the cold water

Excellent hotel, with 2 great pools, 2 restaurants and a very nice bar area. A fun, nice hotel for families. We are planning on staying here again.

It was decent considering it was very clean and some what comfortable. It is way too pricey for what you get. The restaurants are very expensive ($18) turkey club. Because they overbooked we had to pay $19 for possibly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. Sausage was undercooked, fruit was mashed. Parking is atrocious.

Never syayed here before. Front desk lady who checked us in was very professional and exceptionally welcoming to Crown Plaza. Room was great, clean, and comfortable!

Clean rooms but no shuttle to gatherings of nations powwow, pricing is expensive.

Great hotel and it’s beautiful.

It seems to be an older property but it seemed to be tended fairly well. The bed was comfortable, clean sheets and towels but they were old. Musty, plastic smell in the room if the AC was not on during the day. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. The easy access to the airport was very helpful.

Staff was courteous and friendly. You can tell they are trying to improve the hotel. Shower heads need replacing

Rooms were outdated. The homeless around the property were annoying and the freeway was very loud.

Close to the major hwy, was traveling by car, plenty of parking. Food is good. Slept well.
