The hotel was perfect. A bit far from everything and there are very few food stores around.

It was good overall but was only there for a quick one night stay so I don't have much to say, staff was amazing though!

Jennie who served my breakfast was exceptional. Aldo on the front desk at checkin also incredibly helpful.

I liked all including the location and the room I stayed in, accept the heating system in the room. It was too loud. Apart from that everything was great. Thank you :)

Underground parking was convenient but we were there during a snow storm and it was very steep to get out and wasnt cleared. So you needed significant speed to get up the hill which sent you shooting out into the street.

Good in overall, but the layout design of the room could be better.

The overall experience was great. Your frint end staff made for a warm welcome. Only noticeable concern was the lack of snow clearing outside the restaurant.

Nice and close to downtown.

Excellent location close to Parliament. Very walkable in a safe neighborhood with dining options nearby.

Street and sidewalks in the area were under construction, but that didn't take away from the convenience of being within walking distance of museums, Parliament and a variety of dining establishments. Will book here again!

The rooms were excellent. We were upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful and so large. If in Ottawa again we definitely will stay here again.

Great location and staff

Perfect walking distance to Bluesfest. Definitely will be staying here again. Staff were very pleasant, joked with us upon arrival, very helpful.

Lovely hotel, comfortable beds, helpful front desk staff. Parking on-site is good but best for small vehicles
