Nice area, $50 for overnight parking sounds like a lot

The Renaissance Hotel in Newport Beach was an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond—everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely fun to interact with. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and it made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. The vibe of the hotel is both upscale and relaxed, with a great atmosphere that sets the tone for a great stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and truly outstanding service. Will definitely be back!

Clothing stolen at property

Need to work on cleanliness, my mom stepped on pee (assuming animal) in our room. Plus phone did not work and couple of the plugs did not work. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy though.

No one liked their job. The fridge was noisy and had a light that kept me up. Also drapes torn letting light in

The $43/ per day parking fee was ridiculous. I would have stayed closer to my destination if I knew about this outrageous rate. That made the nightly rate not worth the stay.

The room was amazing

And literally had the best time! The front desk personnel were so friendly and on it. The balcony was huge in our junior suite which overlooked the flights coming in and out. The bathroom space was beautiful. I even loved the carpet lol.

The restroom toilet paper holder on the floor and broche and the sink was clogged or didn’t work… I called front desk and they just apologized but never fixed it nothing
