We had a wonderful experience in this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the accommodations were clean and well-appointed.

The decor of this hotel is stunningly ugly in my eyes! The “artwork” is weird, as is the carpeting in public areas. Otherwise it is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is $16.95 and was fine. Huge parking lot.

Staff my room AC was not working staff was very understandable move me to the room next door. Without hesitation.

A very nice stay. Close to the train. Easy to access Chicago. Reasonable price.

I got bedbug bites while staying at this hotel.

We loved this hotel as we were traveling both with a teenager and a dog. The room was spacious and clean! It is a perfect hotel to bring a dog. Lots of green areas around and the extra charge was not as high as a lot of other hotels in the area. The hotel had a bar and a restaurant with good food, nice breakfast and - most important - a coffee machine in the room. The staff was super nice and this is definitely a place I will return to if in the area.

I loved how big the rooms were. The rooms could use a little updating. The staff was friendly.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The decor was really nice and the staff friendly. It was quiet, although being a family of 6 we’re probably the loudest. We enjoyed the pool areas and the restaurant inside the hotel. The rooms were clean. We would stay here again.

Nice room- could use more soundproofing!

We had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. For the price you receive a lot of value. I would highly recommend staying here.

Affordability was what drew me to the place. Although upon arrival the room maybe needed a second cleaning. Hair in the restroom on the floor and on towels from previous guests I assume. The property only had one working washer and two dryers. Ended up using a local laundry service instead. Staff is friendly and polite.
