Front desk was great when we needed to swap rooms, breakfast was amazing

Nice room

The Suite was very suitable for my trip with kids ample space and very cozy. We enjoyed the dinner at steak house and the free breakfast in morning.

One elevator was told last night the stairs was off limits and it was storming and was wondering what happens if no electricity.

The floors were so stained. The place felt incredibly dirty. At 10:30pm the lobby was so full of people and loud. The bathroom door was broken. We called and asked for more towels, they were never brought up. It was a pretty miserable stay for our family.

I took 2 small children, 1 was under one and when I asked for extra pillows to avoid her filling of the bed they where more than happy to help.

My room was never cleaned the whole three days I stayed there and our sheets were never changed and when I asked for them to be changed they took the sheets off and expected us to sleep on the mattress cover.

1st room was not clean, after addressing the issue we were moved into a different room and the staff was pleasant about it

We love the property but unfortunately there was a lot of ants on our bed and my daughter woke up with a lot of bites

We were given a queen room instead of a king. There was no supervision for to many children in pool area. Was let be at o er capacity

I've never written a bad review for hotel but I feel needed to be addressed. Everything is really old and not updated correctly. Ac did not work, room was hot. Didn't have pillows or blankets for fold out couch. Breakfast was bad. Staff was nice-not their fault. I've stayed at embassy suites before and have been happy so that's why I booked. Would not stay here again.

Great room. Would stay again. Only two elevators working Friday and Saturday and Sunday morning there was only one elevator working.

The property was overall so well kept, the rooms were very nice and clean, the bar/bartender and restaurant/ restaurant staff were all great! On the other hand breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. That could use some work, and last but not least the front desk help was a 10 out of 10! Jami DeLuca was amazing! Her customer service is next to none. In my opinion she's an absolute asset to your business.

First poor stay at an Embassy. When we checked in, we knew it was a full house, which is great! Glad to see it! However, desk phone was ringing off the hook with room complaints. Some AC issues and NO hot water. The desk clerk first said it was because the hotel was full of high schoolers for an event and they all showered at the same time? My radar should have gone up then. But it was 10pm and we were tired. They said they reset the water heaters and should be good soon. Upon waking the next morning, STILL NO HOT WATER! Full house and nobody could shower. Also, makes me wonder how they cleaned/wash things? Also blonde in living room did not pull down all the way. Sad because I thought I would count on an Embassy!

Room was very nice.

First room was very poorly cleaned, used soap bar in the shower, stain on sheets, hair on sheets. The second room the toilet wouldn't flush, the a/c didn't work well, and had broken tv stand. The happy hour snacks looked like it had sat our for days, we arrived when it started. The pool was way over capacity and no employee was doing anything about it. The lady that checked us in was rude as ever. For what you pay to stay, this was all extremely unacceptable.
