I highly recommend this hotel. Really enjoyed staying at the Mercure Manchester, the receptionist was friendly, very helpful with maps, the service was very satisfying, I will come here again, the location is very strategic, close to the tram and restaurants, Primark, etc.

The check in was very long due to very long queue. We had difficulty getting into the parking area. The plus points: Location is perfect. Our room was big & we loved the bath gel and shampoo. The gym was excellent.

The sofa bed was dirty. When it was replaced, it took a long time to send the mattress and the bed coverings to the room. The room wasn't cleaned up by housekeeping. Overall, the response time of the reception team and other teams in handling such issues was really slow.

Amazing hotel. very recommended for traveling. Have a more space in room. And very near to stasiun. And near more shops. I am so happy stay at this hotel.
