Clean convenient hotel

Welcoming and accommodating staff. Clean rooms and very spacious. Lovely, relaxing spa. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Great location, just outside Cambridge.

We booked 2 king size beds on your site, we got 2 double beds. This hotel dose not have any king bed rooms with 2 king bed in them. Thats fals advertisement.

Great stay, good staff and breakfast. Fridge in the room would make a loud banging noise at night but would go off if you pressed a button, so no real dramas

Great value, clean and comfortable hotel. Smooth check in experience, helpful restaurant staff. Great dinner and breakfast. Nice pool and gym. Room super clean. Exceeded our expectations of a holiday inn.

The hotel is not in walking distance to central Cambridge but is very close to Milton park and ride to get into town (£4 return, free parking). Hotel decor is a little tired in places, signs of wear and tear but it was fine for a one night stay. Staff super helpful and welcoming, ok breakfast, pool is a bonus.

Service excellent. Check in service extra special. Friendly , helpful, informative. Room was a good size, quiet, comfortable bed. Decor dated but did not distract from the experience of staying at this hotel. Dined 2 nights in the bar. Good menu selection and very pleased with quality. Pool and gym facilities very good. 10 minutes drive to Cambridge. Overall very happy with my stay. I am a platinum member a d would highly recommend.

Spacious rooms and clean but it was very cold. Neither radiator or in-room heating/air con worked. A family event brought a large group of us to this hotel. Their rooms were also all cold. Hotel explanation was that they turn their heating off in the summer months, therefore the temperature control box in each room was not fit for purpose. They did however bring a small heater. Breakfast was average. Nice pool area. Although you’re out of town they charge £10 for parking overnight which is poor, unless you are a IHG member. Top tip- join the IHG group on checkin for free parking.

Location was quiet and the property was very clean. This is not a walkable location at all. If you do not have have transportation and want to explore Cambridge you will do better at another location

At first I thought I was about to wander onto a set of Dallas! I like the space and that there are a lot of rooms on the ground floor. Didn’t use many facilities or dine there as we preferred to walk into the village but the bar was good with a very pleasant barman

The hotel doesnt have elevator; bathroom faucet was loosely hung on to the sink; a batch of hair stick to the wall tiles of the shower when I first walked in. Otherwise it is just an aged motel so happens to be carrying a Holiday Inn batch that misled me to book it.

Great check in area with polite staff. Good nights sleep until 7am each morning in a clean, comfortable bed. Room and corridors however are very dated and below standard of other hotels in the area.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated and peaceful. Lots of space to leave car and easy to jump onto a bus into Cambridge. Our room was clean and spacious. The only minus is that the room was very warm, and got even worse after showering because of poor airflow.

Lovely stay, good facilities, comfortable beds, plenty of space in room for a family of four. Lots of choice at breakfast.
