Unfortunately this property isn’t in a very good location and is starting to show its age. Staff were lacadadical

This is a nice hotel with clean rooms.

Came up for a quick dr appointment. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Comfortable bed and good pillows, room was small but more than adequate. I like room where you can crack a window if want and you could at this location. Price was reasonable , would stay there again!

We were greeted right from the start and our room was clean and updated, all staff that we encountered was friendly, and we had a bar/restaurant on site, so we didn't have to drive anymore.

We liked the decor of the hotel very retro. Also very chill.

Only bad thing was the screaming for hours in the middle of the night by another guest a couple rooms over. After we woke up enough to call down and complain, the staff took care of it. So nothing wrong with the property and the staff handled it, but it unfortunately made for a terrible nights sleep so I have to dock a star for that. The breakfast in the morning made up for it, it was delicious and the breakfast room itself was beautiful! Would definitely stay again, and pray for no screaming neighbors.

This area was the hardest to hone in on where to stay. There are multiple hotels with similar names. Look at the reviews… many had reviews that made us run. However, this hotel’s reviews were great & we agreed. Outside signage is not obvious… look high. Rooms were on the small side, but efficiently arranged for a quick overnight stay. Def would come back.

Professional staff and friendly.

The bathroom and sink area of our room was extremely cramped. There was a questionable substance on the wall behind the bathroom door that housekeeping had likely missed for many months. The rest of the room was good, but the bathroom area made the whole space feel grungier than it actually was. The shower curtain bar was also broken and sagging heavily.

The staff are very friendly and organized.

Just ok

Front desk staff was often nowhere to be found on many occasions when I needed them which had an unfortunate effect on me one morning. The breakfast staff sure was there to get the ticket first thing & kept the place nice & stocked.

I had written a review. However, I don't mind writing another. I travel a lot, sometimes for relaxation and fun. Sometimes for medical reasons. This last time was for medical. This was an amazing hotel. Keep up the good work! Would like to see my money back in my account for incidentals faster. Been a week. Am a IHG member and a hotel.com
