Awesome staff. Very friendly

The toilet didn’t work and the room smelled awful. They could not give us another room, so we went home after just one night.

Cool Place

The service was excellent considering it is Covid times with a lot of families in the property. Masks are required throughout the whole property except for your own room and when sitting down to dine. The bed in our room however was very uncomfortable and has sunken in. Had to sleep sideways and at an angle because of the gradient. Breakfast was excellent, again considering there were many people, and they managed it very well with good safety measures like masks and rubber gloves required. Our little son enjoyed the stay very much.

Staff too busy, but did their best. Poor coordination of dinner serving. Good food.

Our stay at the Quality Hotel Skjaergarden was not in our original plans. We were in the area in order to take the ferry from Norway to Denmark. However, due to our GPS sending us around in a huge circle, we got there just in time to see our ferry depart. The ferry personnel recommended Quality. What made it stand out for us were the people who work there. They go out of their way to insure that everything is right. Also, there is an air of genuine friendliness. The next day, our ship was cancelled due to high winds. So, we spent another night at Quality. By this point, they all felt like close, dear friends. I should also mention that it was a weekend and there were lots of families with small children because attached to the hotel is a pool/water park and the kids were having a ball!

on a beautiful fjord, has a free leisure centre attached. comfortable and quiet rooms. It is used for conferences

Spent the weekend there with kids to «Get away» a couple of days. We were welcomed to a pirate themed hotel and the kids were Loving it from the first minute till the end. Great food and great pools. We Are coming back!

We found the hotel to be well located, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

I was here for a very short stay, but everything went smoothly and I had the feeling that I would have liked to stay longer if time permitted.

ok stay. was at work for one day

The hotel is out of the way a little but because we had a car, we chose it. In saying that, we walked into the city centre which didn't take too long. The hotel is quite dated and dark. Needs to be updated and made brighter. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and efficient with an extremely hot floor which was handy for drying our smalls. The service was good but not outstanding. The breakfast was ample with lots of choice. Car park is free and ample spaces. A bit too expensive for what you get. The dinner was tasty, if not a bit small. Menu lost in translation - sweet potato turned out to be pumpkin which I don't like. Fish was yummy - halibut.

This is a hotel for families with small children, at least the pool and jacuzzi are full of them. There is no pool to swim full lenght for training. The massage service had their card at the reseption, but no one answered the phone. The explanation from the hotel was that they maybe had taken the weekend of..... The bacon for breakfast was cremated. This is a hotel were the management and staf just coulden't care less. What a disappointment.

Veldig hyggelig resepsjonist! God frokost, liker at det var Chiafrøpudding og flere typer egg! Sengene var gode😊 Selve hotellet er ganske gammelt og slitt, og vegg til vegg teppe på gulvet gjør det selvsagt vanskelig å rengjøre skikkelig, så gulvet så litt skittent ut. Badet var rent, men det trengtes litt sparkel her og der og man kunne se inn under flisene langs dusjhjørnet. Hele rommet så ut som om det ble bygget på 80 tallet og lampene og alle ledninger/kontakter så like gamle ut. Hele hotellet trenger en real oppussing, men alt i alt helt ok hotell, men komfortable senger, hyggelige ansatte og hyggelig atmosfære. Rolig og stille, hørte ikke noe særlig til andre.

Ok opphold, dårlig informasjon om låsing av romdør. Dobbelmadrass i seng, veldig myk (vannseng). Opphold v/reseptsjon veldig bra.
