The only redeeming fact about this hotel is that it’s on the water and the view is beautiful but other than that, it’s not a good place and I would not recommend it. The room smells and everything is outdated and the whole layout and concept is so weird. I’ve never been at a hotel that was so awkwardly designed. It’s terrible. The energy is weird and it was not a great stay for the week. I was there for work… the food is not great there and there’s not many options and it’s not super close to anything but location is nice that it’s on the water and you have the path but again run down hotel, not kept up at all. My coworker had to change rooms because of the smell and it’s still smelled in the second room.FYI.

What a fantastic hotel. Very cool decor, great staff, great food, and great bar options. It was clean, vibrant, and relaxing. The location is right on the water and is a great start point for a long, beautiful walk along the water. Parking on premises was super convenient. Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful rooms with direct sea views and the Calanques in the distance. Breakfast offered a good variety and solid quality. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the location excellent. Indoor parking (€28/day) is a safe option. Great location on the Corniche, making it easy to reach the Vieux-Port in about 10 minutes by car.

Great modern property in excellent shape

A great stay - funky hotel on the corniche. The pool was perfect for us to enjoy a last day of r’n’r on our holiday. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at the hotel restaurant. Hotel is a little way from centre of Marseille but possible to walk to beach and restaurants.

It was beautifully decorated. The staff was very helpful! The amenities were gorgeous.

Beautiful hotel

We made a mistake with the reservation and Expedia could not get in touch with anyone at the front desk. When we got there we told them that we made an error in booking and the young man rolled his eyes and said we can’t do anything about it because we booked through Expedia. We told them Expedia tried calling them but no one answered and he said they were short staffed and maybe that evening someone would answer. I got on the phone with Expedia and was providing them with the info and issue and magically the issue was resolved without the need for expedias help. Finally, we settle into our room only to see each time we came and left our room, the dishes from room service stayed in the hallway for about 10 hours, and I don’t mean overnight but throughout the day as well. There was often garbage left on tables that would take 24 hours to get cleaned up. Our room was fine for the most part, but the hallway cleanliness and front desk need to really improve.

Overall stay was good. Breakfast is ok but it is very expensive. Benjamin very friendly and he was super attentive. Swimming Pool is really nice and big (salt water).

The pool is gorgeous and the bars and breakfast are fab.

Beautiful hotel, stellar view, kind and helpful staff. We were concerned by noise from the room upstairs on the first night. Security calmed the hub bub of unsupervised adolescents within minutes. Guest services manager, Benjamin, went out of his way to ensure the rest of our vacation was perfection. It was. We will return as soon as we can!

The staff is really rude and can’t be bothered with any requests. Be prepared to load and unload all suitcases, manage your own issues and be met with non stop attitude for the slightest requests, such as checking in, checking out, an extra pillow or any other standard hotel requests. Hotel is visibly dirty

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite. We didn't speak French, but there was always someone there to communicate with us in English. The buffet breakfast was amazing with many options. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious with their unique dishes. The decor of the resort was unique and clean. The beds were comfortable and the views of the Mediterranean were stunning even with the rainy/cloudy weather we had during our stay.

A very good hotel away from the centre but within a short taxi ride. Very good facilities and restaurant. Given it’s design, the corridors are very dark but this is one of its many attractions.

Loved how the hotel was tucked into the hillside and walkable to the beach area. Pool was perfect. Room was clean and as described on-line, we had a balcony perfect for breakfast and listening to the crashing waves. Would definitely recommend to future visitors to the Marseille area.
