I stay at this hotel every time I visit Purdue, it is a great location. They are now doing a remodel, so it is updated & bathroom is super clean & nice. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

Rundown

Everything was fine no problems

The only reason I booked place was for pool and it wasn’t working. There were signs that they were updating and there were workers everywhere but the bathroom definitely needed updating. Toilet and shower barely worked

The AC was broken, the hot water was lukewarm at best, and my room smelled a bit.

It was a nice clean room. The hotel was in the middle of a remodel. Hopefully they redo the shower in our room. One star shower experience

I asked for 2 extra towels and she told me she didn’t have any. I also asked for an extra blanket and she told me there are already blankets on the bed. I said I am a paying guest and want 2 extra towels and another blanket and she then told me to come back in an hour.

The mattress was worn out. The heater was very noisy. We did not get any rest.

Pool was ice cold where a 8 year old didn’t want get in. The beds was horrible very very uncomfortable, breakfast was ok if u just want waffles and cold coffee

Had issues with tv in room, and was immediately moved to different upgraded room.

Hotel is undergoing construction to update rooms and common area

Bizarre place. Construction debris, and filthy! Indoor pool could not be used

The service was great until I found a roach in my room, which really upset me.
