Great and friendly service

it was great!

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We used the gym and it was clean too and had a good variety of machines and weights. The food was amazing !! Great dinner and breakfast at the hotel and great service. Shawn was a great server at the Carleton grill . He had great service and was very funny! I forgot my servers names at the breakfast place but he was amazing and so kind and attentive! The valet was also great and everyone had such a warm and friendly matter! Definitely recommend this hotel and the breakfast package is very worth it.

Large spacious rooms, would have been nice to have queen beds instead of doubles but overall a nice hotel.

We were unable to stay at the hotel as all of the parking offered did not fit our truck. After driving around for 45 minutes, we informed management that we wanted our money back and we drove 3 1/2 hours home. I am extremely disappointed and would like a full refund.

We enjoyed our stay. The lobby was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and spacious.

Clean rooms, wonderful staff, and a perfect location. Everything was easy and comfortable from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Roons clean, restaurant staff kind and courteous, parking a disaster...u have to valet, no issue there but they brought me the wrong car at one point and didnt even realize.... could have been a problem. At $34/day, the service is not reflective of Sheraton but shows poorly. Other than that, stay was good

The Hospitality was great! The rooms are spacious.

Room was large and clean. The service was impeccable. The only problem was that the lounge on the first floor was closed in the afternoon so couldn't get a drink.

Let me check in early, free valet parking, I feel like a king.

It was a good stay but the parking valet service Was not provided. Parking needs to be addressed not everyone is capable of navigating alternative choices. Valet should provide that service and park the vehicle for you. Other than that all good thank you

Clean and spacious room; staff were nice and efficient; restaurant was good, parking was good. Hotel located in walking distance from major attractions.
