The furniture needs to be updated. There were ripped in the sofa.

The hotel needed many interior and exterior improvements. There was no hot tub, as advertised. The pool was filthy. There were people.slamming there doors until 2 am. Avoid the place

The room they gave is originally was occupied. To everyone's surprised when we opened tje door to our room. Staff gave us new room but wasn't the one we had booked. Was an odd experience.

Bistro closed due to staff not showing up. No selection of drinks at “convenience store” told rooms would be cleaned every other day but had to ask for towels and the room to be cleaned and it was only half done. Very dosap

The staff were wonderful and very accomodationg and the hotel was very clean, unfortunately for them supplys seemed to be low. There was limited alcohol, beer or wine at the Bistro and very limited choices for a light meal-not well stocked. There was only one coffee cup in a room for two people staying two nights. Thankfully the staff did their best to find cups and more coffee packets for the room for us.

Cost effective but no breakfast included which is different than surrounding hotels

I reserved two rooms. It started with a snippy front desk associate. Neither room was very clean but one of them still had someone’s socks and cellphone in the room, there were hairs on the bed and water smelled like sewage. They gave us a different room with no apology on the inconvenience and that one was a bit better. I thought this was a nonsmoking hotel but hallways smelled like cigarettes on one floor and weed. on the other floor. I stay at Marriott’s so I don’t have to deal with these type of things but this was more like an Econolodge and everything was very dated. I will not be back.

Room was very spacious and a comfortable bed

Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Dinner was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

Upon check in I was advised by the front desk that I could get an extra hour at no charge for checkout as long as I called down to the front desk the morning of check out. I called down and very nicely asked if I could have until 12pm and was immediately dismissed by the woman working the front desk which would have been fine if it weren’t for her tone. The room also had things leftover from the previous guest.

Everyone here is great. Really. However, No one at the bistro knew what to do. Soup was cold, BLT had no B, salad had no dressing, etc. they were very nice but I think they might have been filling in for the regular staff.
