There was a mouse or rat found in a room during our stay!! If I knew I would have canceled 😭

My family and I enjoyed our stay only one thing was one male night worker was rude other then that we enjoyed it

Hotel looked like it has been newly renovated. Staff we friendly & i did not find a airport shuttle. I would stay again if I were back in Whitehorse.

I was scared because the reviews were bad, but honestly had a great experience. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean. The washroom looks recently renovated, all clean and bright. The staff was very polite. We rented a car, and the parking was free. The hotel is very close to a restaurants and grocery stores. I had a good stay.

Pros: Great central location, decent bed and a nice shower. Cons: One working dryer to fight other guests for. You better be a fan of marijuana, because it’s being smoked everywhere… and the entire place reeks of it. Rooms are loud, due to rude guests in the hallways. Safe in the room didn’t work. Parking lot is tiny.

Unaccomodating

Entrance was difficult to find, no signage over the main doors. The automatic doors were broken making it difficult to bring in luggage. The parking lot was cleared of snow and provided outlets for block heaters which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Would have given it a higher rating if they had a continental breakfast.
