Place is a dump. Ac does not work, small rooms, and dirty rooms.

Great location, bar & food. Age shows in room

The views were great and the rooftop restaurant was cool. The hotel general areas and rooms are definitely showing age and wear and tear. It was very humid in our room and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well. Bathtub didn’t train very well, with standing water on our feet. Pool is ok. Staff was nice. There were very questionable people in and around the property, which made it feel sketchy and unsafe.

We loved staying in the iconic Duluth hotel. The view was amazing. Breakfast was delicious in the rotating restaurant. Only critique is that the pool area could use some plants and decor to liven it up. It really feels outdated and brings the overall experience down. But otherwise a fun experience to stay there.

Property is Dated, but still in pretty good condition. We had a pleasant stay, and had no issues.

WAY too much $$ for SO little to offer...... No explanation of extras taken from my credit card!!!

Way too noisy to get much sleep.

We wanted a chair for the corner of our room and was told that not all rooms have chairs.

Beds were incredibly uncomfortable and room would not cool down

The 360 bar was pretty cool. Nice views and the 360 was something I’ve never seen before.

We enjoyed restaurant on 3 occasions. Food was great and staff was awesome. I felt the restaurant could have been cleaner. Needed vaccuming and walls looked like they had not been wiped down for a long time.

The staff was excellent any time I had an interaction with them. Super-friendly and willing to answer my questions or get what I needed. I love the fact that you don't come and clean and gather towels every day. This should be more common in hotels. The age of the hotel could be seen in little ways here and there but for the most part was clean and comfortable.

The elevators were not working properly, i am claustrophobic, so panick would set in when they wouldnt move. We were stuck on the 10th floor for 15 to 20min trying to get to the restaurant for breakfast. Only to find out once we finally got there that they were extremely understaffed. The staff that was working were doing a great job tho, just very far behind.

The hotel was very modern

The staff was GREAT, VERY NICE! The cleanliness was not the best, there was dust on the base of the chair along with hot pink paint spatter. There was hair on the bathroom counter top, and the elevators appeared unkept. I wasnt expecting that out of a Radison.

Sorry, to hear it is up for sale, so enjoyed the rotating restaurant, but needs to be renovated.
